We publish peer-reviewed open access journals across multiple disciplines with a mission to accelerate the dissemination of high-quality research from around the world. What we publish

ScholarFront hosts a portfolio of discipline-focused journals. Each journal has its own editorial board, scope and submission guidelines (see Publications → All Journals). Our journals welcome: original research articles, reviews, short communications, case reports where appropriate, and other research outputs as specified by the individual journal scopes.

Editorial standards & peer review

ScholarFront adheres to established editorial best practices:

• All research articles undergo rigorous peer review managed by the journal’s editorial board. The detailed peer review model (single-blind, double-blind or open review) is defined in each journal’s page and in our Policies section.
• Editors select qualified reviewers and ensure reviews are fair, constructive and timely.
• Editorial decisions are based on scientific merit, originality and ethical compliance — not on authors’ ability to pay.
• Conflicts of interest must be disclosed by editors, reviewers and authors; persistent breaches may lead to correction or retraction according to our Ethics & Integrity Policy.

Open Access, Licensing & Archiving

ScholarFront is a fully open access publisher. Key points:

• All journal articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, permitting sharing and reuse with attribution.
• Each published article receives a DOI via Zenodo (DataCite) to ensure persistent identification and citation.
• We archive published content in recognized repositories — Internet Archive and SSRN — to safeguard long-term access.
• Authors retain copyright to their work subject to the CC BY 4.0 license; see our Copyright & Licensing policy for specifics.

Indexing & discoverability

ScholarFront is committed to strong discoverability through:

• Assigning DOIs (Zenodo/DataCite) and embedding complete, machine-readable metadata with every article.
• Submitting metadata to indexing services and aggregators where applicable; we actively pursue inclusion in reputable indexing databases to increase visibility for our authors.
• Ensuring articles are crawlable, correctly tagged (title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, funding and ORCID when provided) and supplied with landing pages suitable for harvesting by scholarly services.

Author & reader services

We support authors and readers with:

• Clear Author Instructions and a simple Submission workflow (see Submission → Manuscript submission form).
• Transparent APC & waiver information (see APCs & Waiver Policy).
• Assistance with metadata, ORCID integration and recommended citation formats.
• Fast publication processes while maintaining editorial quality; post-publication corrections and retractions are handled per policy.

How we work (workflow snapshot)

1. Submission — Authors upload manuscripts and required metadata through the submission form.
2. Pre-check — Editorial office checks scope, completeness and basic ethical compliance.
3. Peer review — Suitable reviewers are invited; editors oversee the review process.
4. Decision & production — After acceptance, articles enter production for copyediting, layout, DOI assignment (Zenodo) and final publication.
5. Archiving & dissemination — Articles are archived (Internet Archive, SSRN), metadata shared with discovery services and authors notified.

We enforce strict ethical policies covering authorship, conflicts of interest, data availability, plagiarism and research misconduct. Allegations of misconduct are investigated according to our Ethics & Integrity Policy and, if necessary, corrected or retracted publicly.
