Problems (60 points)
1.-You want to borrow €100,000 from your local bank to buy a new Porsche. You can afford to make monthly payments of €1,800, but no more. Assuming monthly compounding, what is the highest APR you can afford on a 60-month loan?
2.- David Alonso has received a job offer from a large investment bank as a local Manager. His base salary will be €255,000. He will receive his first annual salary payment one year from the day he begins to work. In addition, he will get an immediate €25,500 bonus for joining the company. His salary will grow at 4% percent each year. David believes he will achieve a yearly bonus of 25% of his annual salary every year.

What does the CAPM predict about the expected return on such an asset? Can you give an explanation for your answer?
e) In broad terms, why is some risk diversifiable? Why are some risks nondiversifiable? Does it follow that an investor can control the level of unsystematic risk in a portfolio, but not the level of systematic risk?
