FINAL TASK

· On Week 11, the Final Task will be presented in class, and we will comment on its most important aspects in the session.

· The Final Project comes with a few guidelines that you will have to follow up in order to be able to finish your document.

· On Week 13 you have to submit your Final Task – document on Moodle (max. Sunday 09/05).

· The session of Week 13 will be an extra tutoring session: you will be able to ask the professor for last advice on your project.

A communication audit of the organization/company you work for (you may name/use a fictitious name for the organization) has detected signs of a toxic work environment (high turnover, weekend emails, poor communication) and a need to improve the behavior morale and motivation of employees and internal stakeholders (owners, managers, employees etc.) and you are asked to create a ‘proactive campaign’ about building values, community and positive communication at work.

The campaign can last from one week to one month and the organization has employees working in the office and remotely, so you need to make sure both are included.

Review the course outline and the materials of the course (specially from Unit 4 to 7) and create an internal communication campaign to promote values, community and positive communication at work.

You are free to choose the format and the content of the communication campaign.
